40+ Years of Excellence
Kinedyne began in New Jersey in 1968 to provide synthetic web tie-downs as an alternative to chains for securing cargo on flatbed trailers. From this beginning, Kinedyne has evolved into the world's leading provider of cargo control products for the transportation industry.
In 1978, Kinedyne established a winch and load bar manufacturing facility in Prattville, Alabama. The facility was expanded in 1984 to include the production of tie-down webbing. Kinedyne opened a warehouse facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California, in 1987 to provide better service to our West Coast distributors. The west coast warehouse facility was recently relocated to Reno, Nevada. In 1989, Kinedyne purchased Aeroquip Corporation's Cargo Control Division and built a major manufacturing and distribution center in Lawrence, Kansas. To continue in the Kinedyne tradition of being on the cutting edge of technology, a state-of-the-art roll forming and powder coating facility, which was opened in Painesville, Ohio in 2000, has recently been relocated to our Prattville, AL plant.
All of these additions have allowed Kinedyne to provide our customers the support products and excellent service that they have come to expect.
