The TJ12’s strength comes from dual hydraulic cylinders working in tandem to achieve an incredible amount of lifting power 24,000 lbs or 12 ton. This immense power is controlled via the remote control handle assembly. The Scorpion has amazing mobility and agility via its four special caster assemblies. These casters are spring loaded to offer a smooth and effortless ride even over the roughest terrain. The scorpion easily moves across shop floors, grates and drains, and even onto drive ways and asphalt. It makes the scorpion the ideal first response jack.

Performance

When needed the Scorpion TJ12EXT’s spring loaded floating casters allow it to move smoothly and effortlessly across shop floors and other terrain. Its maneuverability is truly amazing.

When in position the Scorpion TJ12EXT is easy to operate. The technician simply pulls the Handle release lever, then lowers the handle to the floor. Now select the lifting adapter needed and slide the scorpion into position.

The Scorpion TJ12EXT’ s two point lifting system ensures safe execution. Now the technician depresses the up button on the remote and the 24,000 lbs of force are launched. The lifting procedure is smooth and controlled. Once at full height the safety locks engage for complete safety. NO NEED FOR VEHICLE STANDS!

When lowering the technician simply depresses the Down button and the locks disengage and the truck is lowered. Once the scorpion TJ12EXT has completely retracted it can be easily removed and then go on to another mission.
